What We Do
“The Pump Centre provides a comprehensive approach to pumps, pumping systems and the associated mechanical & electrical equipment”
The Pump Centre is an independent membership organisation that is predominantly, but not exclusively, associated with the Water Industry. Its members come from across the whole supply chain and include; end users, consultants, contractors, manufacturers and suppliers. The Pump Centre membership is currently comprised of approximately 150 companies, these include all the major water utility companies, most of the water supply only companies, the Environment Agency, other pump users and many of their key suppliers.
The aim of the Pump Centre is to provide its members with cost effective help and support via events, training, consultancy and projects.
The Centre strives to promote innovation and raise awareness of new technical developments which benefits the technology transfer within the whole supply chain.
Members benefit in a variety of ways, not only can they attend many of our industry leading events for free, they can exhibit there as well. In addition, members can attend our discounted training courses and exchange information with like-minded professionals.
We’re always on hand for reassuring help and technical advice. If you should need advice on how to overcome a problem, we’re just a phone call or an email away so you’re never left high and dry at the crucial moment with no one to turn to.
Membership
For a small fee the members obtain a range of benefits and services depending on their membership category. The benefits include:
